Social Events

The social side at BLTC is a very important feature of the Club's operation giving all members the chance to meet in a social environment and also raise funds to support the Club.

The club runs social functions throughout the year, which include events such as race nights, quiz nights, curry nights, club’ n grub, dinners, disco’s, american competitions and wine tasting where members get a chance to mix with other members of the club. The clubhouse is available for private hire by club members only for adult (i.e. over 18) functions. Contact the Bar Manager for details.

Bill Hawes Trophy

The American Tournament held on Tuesday 27th December was a great success. There were 24 players who took the opportunity to run off the effects of Xmas over indulgence and try to win the magnificent new trophy - The Bill Hawes Trophy. The weather was very pleasant for late December and the tournament was followed by homemade soup and cakes. Congratulations go to Leon Smart who became the first winner of the trophy.
